We use rain water and we need to filter it before use. These wayer filters are pretty expensive to replace every 6 months, finding the cheapest price is paramount.

I fell in love with the gunmetal Willow single sink. I've had a double s.s. sink with drainboard for 20 years and will never go back. I can fit a whole fry pan in the sink, no more balancing and jiggling. And it's beautiful to look at. The accessories are all very functional and when I'm done they all go away in the cupboard.
We had the standard builders issue sink, and was searching for a more modern look without needing to adjust the bench top. This was the solution, and so glad we purchased this. Very easy to self install and looks amazing now. Extremely happy. Would highly recommend.

Lovely product delivered in a timely fashion
Getting a 3-in-1 tap means I don't need another drill hole for my new kitchen. I love how clean and refreshing the filtered water taste, and the normal tap water is easy to switch between how and hot with an easy turn with the pin needle.
Having the filtered water seperated also means I save money on how regular I need to replace the filter. The filter system is affordable and easy to replace.

I took a risk and installed a single deep sink after using a double with drain board for 20 years, No Regrets! The Willow is not only beautiful but functional. I can fit a whole fry pan in there and with all the accessories every function is covered.
Excellent innovation for a large sink. Definitely should have purchased when I first bought the sink. We use a lot of heavy items such as pots, and this avoids scratches and the drainage avoids water pooling in sink.

How durable are gunmetal sinks?
Buildmat's sinks are built to last. Our gunmetal sinks use VD nanotechnology to finish the sink in gunmetal colour which hides scratching extremely well - around 10x less than on bare brushed stainless steel.

Should I Undermount or Overmount?
This really depends on your budget and whether you've decided on your benchtop or not. The short answer is undermount if your budget allows for it, especially if you're looking at getting a stone bench. Unless you really don't want to be extra careful in the kitchen, if you know you're a clutz or you're always quickly trying to clean to get out of the kitchen as soon as possible then undermount might not be for you because over time the exposed benchtop can chip. If you're getting laminate or timber bench then you should most likely consider topmounting your sink.
