Buildmat supplies Otti Australia vanities to renovators, builders and homeowners across Australia. Whether you need a compact vanity for a tight ensuite or a double bowl vanity for a shared main bathroom, you can filter by size or finish to narrow things down.

Shop Otti vanities by range

  • Byron - flat-panel cabinet in natural oak, black oak or sable walnut; the most straightforward Otti range if you want a clean timber look without fluting

  • Byron Fluted - the same Byron cabinet with vertical fluted detailing, in woodland oak

  • Bondi - curved, fluted cabinet in natural oak, black oak, woodland oak or satin white; the rounded front sets it apart from Byron's flat panel

  • Havana - fluted cabinet in sable walnut or woodland oak, paired with a solid surface or natural Carrara top

  • Hampshire - curved cabinet in satin black or satin white, with double bowl options on larger sizes

  • Hampton Mark II - classic Hamptons-style profile in satin white

  • Laguna Mark II - flat-panel cabinet in black oak, matte white or woodland oak

  • Marlo - matte black only; the range to start with if you've decided on black before choosing the shape

  • Noosa - satin white cabinet, simpler detailing than Bondi or Hampshire

  • Moonlight - a minimal white wall hung cabinet, sold separately from its solid surface basin top

  • Mini Ensuite - the 400mm compact format for very tight ensuites, in matte white, sable walnut or woodland oak

What we'd consider before you buy an Otti vanity

Cabinet-only vs complete package

Most ranges are available cabinet-only - useful if you want to choose your own vanity top and basin separately - or as a complete package with a natural Carrara marble top and undermount basin already fitted. The complete package is the simpler single-purchase option; cabinet-only gives more control over the final look.

We'd always check whether your existing waste comes out of the floor or the wall before confirming a cabinet-only vanity actually suits the rough-in - worth doing first if you're replacing an existing unit.

Solid surface vs Carrara marble vs slimline ceramic tops

Solid surface tops (used across Havana, Laguna Mark II and others) are non-porous and consistent in colour. Natural Carrara marble has genuine veining and slight colour variation piece to piece. Slimline ceramic tops are a thinner, lighter alternative used on select configurations. None of these read the same in a product photo - if you're deciding between them, see a sample in person.

Stone top colours

The stone tops across the range come in Pure White, Cloudy Carrara and other natural-stone-look finishes. Confirm the exact colour name on the product page, since "white" varies noticeably between Pure White and a marble-look option like Cloudy Carrara.

Wall structure for wall hung vanities

Every Otti vanity is wall hung, which needs solid backing - a timber stud or steel plate - behind the wall to carry the cabinet's weight. This matters most on the larger 1500mm and 1800mm double bowl units. Confirm with your builder or plumber before ordering if you're retrofitting into an existing bathroom.

Otti vanity prices at Buildmat

Compact vanities (Mini Ensuite, 400-600mm) start from around $550-$750 cabinet-only. Mid-size vanities (750-1200mm) typically run $750-$1,400 depending on range and finish. Larger vanities (1500-1800mm), including double bowl configurations, run from around $1,500 up to $2,200+. Complete packages with a marble or solid surface top and undermount basin generally add $250-$450 over the equivalent cabinet-only price.

Finish the bathroom

Materials across the Otti vanity range

Cabinet construction uses plywood carcassing for stability in humid bathroom conditions, finished in the timber or matte/satin colour of your chosen range. Stone tops are solid surface, natural Carrara marble, or slimline ceramic depending on the range and configuration - make sure you check the individual product page to confirm which is used on your selection.

Timber tones - particularly the difference between natural oak, woodland oak and sable walnut - and the difference between a solid surface and natural marble top are hard to judge from a screen. Bring your tile or tapware samples to the Buildmat Selection Centre in Hughesdale and we'll help you confirm finish and configuration before you order. Open by appointment, Monday to Friday. Our Dandenong showroom is also open Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.
