Replaced a tap that had good pressure and was old, as part of a laundry renovation. New tap flow rate is terrible, unusable. We are reinstalling our old one, it's that bad. No change to the plumbing. We are throughly unimpressed by this product. It was expensive and has not done what it was supposed to. We will be seeking to return it from Buildmat. I would not recommend buying this product.
About 30minutes ago, we came home from dinner and found our kitchen is in water! The spray pipe burst and our coffee machine was drenched and now it won't turn back on! Water sprayed everywhere onto/into our oven,kettle,toaster,our kitchen windows,everywhere of the floor. Water drpped in our kirchen drawers. Had to took thenm out to dry. My daughter's phone was on the kitchen bench and soaked in water. Wont turn on now!i can't imagine if we had come home a bit later, we we will have our house in flood.
We had only purchase from 31st January last year(2024), thought we purchased from an industry leading brand ans so many builders recommended to us. The product by itself is not cheap. Absolutely shocking!I i have lost words to describe how I am feeling right now!!!!!!

The worst tap I ve ever had . The flow is so thin due to the narrow tube delivering the water flow. Shame on the design.

The sink was high a quality finish. Certainly recommend it with a few comments to note as follows:-
(Mine was installed above the stone bench).
I did not like the "brackets" intended for use under the drainer section. Very poor design with less then 4mm of plastic for the screw to "screw tight" and easily stripped the threads. Also the brackets are not designed for clamping to a 20mm stone thickness. I ended up using the clamps removed from the Blanco old sink. It did the job.
Final comments - relates to the top flange which sits on the bench. It was not "flat" all round and uneven at the drainer edge. The clamps provided (see above comment) were not strong enough to pull the flange flat. In the end I got there with bit of mucking around. Wished I did not have to handle this hassle. :(

The sink looks great and feels sturdy, comes with every type of fixing you might need and was clearly labelled in the boxes. The sink arrived quickly and was packaged really well.

Great product supplementing my new outdoor sink
When purchasing my double sink I was not sure where to get the protector grid. I am now so pleased with my decision to get these grids, very sturdy, easy to clean and most of all does a great job protecting the sinks.
Would not recommend this product. Aesthetically looks good but already has a hairline crack and water damage on the outside all around the bowl. I'll be needing to get the trades back to replace it.
