Basin mixers: A standard basin mixer suits most inset and undermount basins. Nero Mecca, Fienza Kaya, Soul, and Phoenix Nuage give you different shapes, heights, and plate styles in white and matte white.
Tall basin mixers: Tall or vessel mixers are designed to clear the rim of an above-counter basin. They are the right choice when the basin sits on top of the vanity, rather than recessed into it.
Wall mixer taps: Wall basin and bath mixers free up the vanity top and allow you to choose the outlet projection that best reaches into your basin or bath. The white range includes separate backplate and handle-up options in the Nero Mecca collection.
Hob-mounted taps/mixers: Hob sets are mounted through the vanity top, bath hob, or deck rather than the wall. Fienza Kaya offers white hob outlet and tap sets for bathrooms where the plumbing set-out is already below the bench or bath rim.
Shower mixers: White shower mixers create a clean, coordinated shower wall. Choose a standard mixer for one outlet, or a diverter model where you need to control more than one outlet from the same position.
Basin spouts and freestanding bath tapware: Add a matching wall spout or freestanding bath mixer when you are completing the wet area. Check the outlet reach, bath type, and rough-in requirements before selecting the final style.
What we'd check before you buy
Basin type and tap height. The relationship between the basin rim and the spout is what matters. A standard basin mixer suits a lower inset or undermount basin, while an above-counter basin usually needs a tall basin mixer or a wall-mounted outlet to deliver water into the bowl cleanly.
Wall, hob, or bench mounting. Your plumbing set-out decides which type you can install. Wall tapware needs the right in-wall rough-in and outlet position, while hob-mounted sets need suitable holes and space on the vanity top or bath deck. Confirm the installation plan with your plumber before choosing the visible trim.
Spout projection. A wall spout that is too short can drop water close to the basin edge, while one that is too long can splash against the opposite side. Measure from the finished wall to where you want the water stream to land, then compare it with the outlet projection in the product specification.
Trim kit or complete set. Several Nero Mecca products in this collection are listed as trim kits only. That means you need to check the compatible in-wall body or rough-in component before ordering, especially when you are fitting a new shower mixer, diverter, or wall basin/bath mixer.
Coordinate the visible plumbing. A matte white basin mixer looks most intentional when the pop-up waste and exposed bottle trap are considered too. If your vanity is wall hung or open underneath, do not leave the trap as an afterthought.
What we often see: White tapware looks especially sharp when the basin and wall finishes have some texture or contrast, such as a soft grey stone, timber vanity, or subtle tile. In an all-white bathroom, mixing matte and gloss surfaces helps stop the space feeling flat.

Trim kits, wall taps, and straightforward basin spouts sit at the entry end of the collection. Standard basin mixers, wall mixer sets, and shower mixers sit through the middle, where you are paying for the control, spout, or functional components included. Premium vessel mixers, sensor taps, full wall basin/bath sets, and freestanding bath mixers sit at the top end because of their larger scale, specialised installation, and more complex internal components.
Finish the whole space
A white bathroom tap works best when the fixtures around it have been chosen as deliberately as the mixer itself. Pair your tapware with white bathroom basins, a matching basin waste, and a bottle trap if the plumbing will be visible below the vanity. For the shower, bring in matching shower tapware and bathroom accessories.
