Terrible returns policy

Whilst I only gave a one star review, the products I bought were great quality, unfortunately, I gave a one star for service and an appalling returns policy. The grates I bought were too big and I wanted to return them for a refund. I was told that you only give credits not refunds and that I would be charged $19.61 shipping cost plus a re-stocking fee of over $50 and this would be deducted from the credit. I have NEVER heard of such nonsense. I have posted several extremely bad reviews on-line and they have already been read by hundreds of people. It pays to treat your customers with respect because ultimately you lose business over it.
